Too often the State Council hears from the local council that they don’t conduct these programs for recognition. Which is great. However, the best way to increase programs within the jurisdiction is to share the successful programs and event that you council conducts. This will encourage other councils to consider organizing a similar event or program for their council. With this, all councils are asked to consider submitting their best program in these areas.
